Used often in teas for all sorts of medicinal purposes: anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-

oxidant, demulcent, diuretic, expectorant, immune modulating, and a weak antibiotic among other things. This is a great herb to add to your teas and tinctures.

It’s an ancestral inheritance for our Chief Curandera and Conjurer and one she turns to often in her concoctions for overall healing.
