Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient option for your location.
Most of our products are made-to-order at the time your order is placed, so shipping is not immediate. As a small, handcrafted business, orders are processed and shipped as batches are completed, typically 1-2 times per week. Most orders are packed and shipped within 10-14 business days from purchase. If your order will take longer to ship, we'll send you an email with an updated timeline.
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: $10 (free on orders $70+)
- Express Shipping: $15
International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages: If a customer does not receive an order but tracking shows it as delivered, the customer must open a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly.
