Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient option for your location.

Most of our products are made-to-order at the time your order is placed, so shipping is not immediate. As a small, handcrafted business, orders are processed and shipped as batches are completed, typically 1-2 times per week. Most orders are packed and shipped within 10-14 business days from purchase. If your order will take longer to ship, we'll send you an email with an updated timeline.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (free on orders $70+)
  • Express Shipping: $15

International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages: If a customer does not receive an order but tracking shows it as delivered, the customer must open a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly. For more information about what to do if a package is marked as delivered, [go here]. To submit a claim, please check your shipped items email or contact us for the tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on new/unopened items with the exception of teas and herbal products (oils, tinctures, etc). All teas and herbal products are non-refundable. If you wish to return an item, please email shopkeeper(at)brujeriaandbrews(dot)com with the subject line: RETURN and let us know what item(s) you’re returning. Be sure to include your first and last name as well as your order number in the body of the email. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt/proof of purchase for a refund or exchange. Clothing items must be returned without having been worn (outside of them being tried on), no stains, marks or odors. Everything will be inspected once it is received and an email will be sent to confirm receipt and refund. If we find the items have been used, a refund will not be issued.

RESTOCKING FEE

Unless there was an error in packing and shipping on our end, there is a 10% restocking fee on each order. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the fault or error is ours and prior authorization was given. Please open your parcels immediately and inspect them for damage or shortages.
